Man, if you really need it, get a doctor first. It's VERY dangerous taking them without your heart, liver,... being checked first. Alright, dying during sex is a great way to die but... I prefer not to die.

If you are in normal good health V****a is the perfect DO NOT APPROVE to make you hard as a rock...even with high BP or heart condition its highly recommended.

My doctor recommends Cialis rather than ***** - more effective, less side effects etc.

Even with a prescription here in France the cheapest local pharmacy charges around 9ukpounds per pill and the pharmacies in our village charge about twice as much!

Hence I too am looking for a reliable online source; surely someone must have a suggestion?
