hey guys, my isight cam on my macbook works no probs, gimme a msg with your problems.

My camera works for other programs, however I cannot get it to work in the chat room. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The cam works perfect with for example Amsn but for the chatroom no, even the green led that shows that the web cam is working it's off when i try to put the cam on the chat

This seems to be more of a problem with Flash on the imac. Try this (and let us know if it works or not):

1. Load up chat.
2. Right-click on the chat window and select "Settings".
3. There are a series of tabs along the bottom - click on rightmost (should have an icon of a camera on it).
4. Select the correct camera on the combo box.
5. Click on the tab second from the left ("Privacy").
6. Select the radio button to allow Flash access to your camera and microphone, then click on the Close button.

Hopefully you'll be good to go. Again, please let us know how you get on.

you can read in the forum, that I was having a problem. The web site administrators told me there may be a problem with Flash. I re down loaded Adobe Flash. Upon completion I went into settings and chose a camera, and the fun began. The admin has been very helpful, and thank you for the pleasure of so many.
