HD 1080p widescreen shown as "square" (stretched

I uploaded a 1080p standard widescreen phone video - it is on the site as a "square" video. Shrunk in from the sides. Why is that please? I would be grateful if anyone could suggest the reason and a solution to this problem. Thanks :-)

Hi,

There is a solution

Right-click on your player while watching a video, then you have 4 options:
- Stretching is none..
- Stretching is fill..
- Stretching is exactfit..
- Stretching is uniform..

Choose the format you want by left-clicking on 1 of these options.
