Whenever I upload a video clip I like to allow anonymous comments.
However, it doesn't seem to matter whether I check/tick or don't check/tick the appropriate box - after uploading I'm always told that I have blocked anonymous comments.
I've uploaded video clips and haven't checked the 'Allow anonymous comments' box and I've uploaded video clips and checked/ticked the 'Allow anonymous comments' box but always end up with the same result - i.e. I've blocked anonymous comments, whether I want to or not.
I want to allow anonymous comments so how do I make sure of this ?

Clik on your profile page, then "Setting" at the left, then "Site setting" and go to "Allow anonymous comments" YES.
