I can’t renew my membership. It’s been happening for almost a year! I can’t even make a new profile and sign up for a membership. Is anyone else having this problem?? Please help!!

Same here. I've been a loyal paying member since March 2008. My latest subscription expired in April 2020, but I cannot renew. I get this error:


Account Inactive

CCBill LLC
1-888-596-9279

I have emailed administrator@yuvutu.com about 10 times in the past 2 weeks, nobody has answered. I also called the 1-888-596-9279 number and they said that CCBill no longer does billing for Yuvutu so I need to complain directly to Yuvutu.

Has anybody gotten a reply from the administrator? Do you know how to resolve this problem?

I found a method to use credits to extend my subscription by a month.

This is still not satisfactory, but worth it if I can find a way to renew for a year during the month I just bought using credits.

It's incredible that no administrator has answered my emails asking for help, nor bothered to read this forum and offer a solution.

Are there any admins posting to these forums at all? Is it possible this site is just on autopilot? I can’t imagine how much revenue they’re losing by their billing system being broken!

Can someone tell me how I go about renewing with credits? Thanks.

Hi, I haven't been on in a few days, and just saw your question(s).

1. It seems to me this site is on autopilot and is heading soon into oblivion. In the past, the administrator would answer emails within 24 hours, but not any longer. It is a shame since it was my favorite site since 2008.

2. I renewed for a month using credits as follows:

a. Click on your profile
b. Click on the "Yuvutu Index" button
c. You will see how many credits you have.
d. You can exchange 150 credits for one day of subscription.
e. Or you can purchase credits at an exorbitant price; it seems that one month (4500 credits) costs 36 Euros.
f. They use Euros because Yuvutu is a European website.

Hi,

Unfortunately I cannot say when/if this will get fixed, for all those above I have manually added one year.

Anyone who is currently subscribed, or has been previously, can use the contact form and we will do the same for them.

For people that want access but have never subscribed before, we can also reward genuine "regular contributors" with the same, in other words, get naked and make lots of (public) content, lol :D. Most people do not upload enough to qualify, but if you think you do, you are also welcome to contact us, and we will check out your history.

Thank you for fixing messaging, and thank you for adding a 1-year free subscription to those of us who posted in the "Cannot renew" forum. I have been a loyal, paying fan for 12 years since 2008 and hope you get the renewal problem fixed soon. I would hate for Yuvutu to disappear.

Hi,

Yuvutu was about to close down, the former owner contacted the new owner and said he was walking away, that if he did not take it over for a modest price, he was just going to close it down.

We were not really in a position to do it, we have a lot on our plate already, but we also have a fondness for genuine porn communities, there are not a lot of real ones left, it would have been a shame to see this one go when it was possible for us to save it, even if the timing did suck for us.

At this stage we are covering costs, I don't see any reason why the site and community cannot last, but having said that, I cannot see any new developments happening in the foreseeable future either, there is not the income to pay for it, he's not keen on losing money :)

Thanks to folks like you all who still care enough to be posting here, all hope is not lost yet :)

Thanks for being open about the situation. You are right, there is a special value to having a community.

Your income would rise if you could fix the problem with renewals not working. I don't know what fraction of your total income came from yearly subscription fees in the past, was it a large percentage?
